I would suggest a step by step approach . First leave some bones in a plate in your kitchen and just being the bone plate in the same room when jinn is attacking. It's like an offering .

so i took him to a hindu soothsayer (they talk to hindu gods) and she said accurately eveything that happened to him for the past 20Yrs and that this close relative has sent JINN to destroy him...they have sent it in such a way that even if in future they remove this JINN another will take its place...this cycle will probably go on till he is dead or kills himself...she said only allah can save him...if we try to remove it it quickly will kill him she said.

She is scamming you and if she is true then Hindu gods are probably muslim (Which will not go well in PDF)

Continuing to believe its a result of a Djinn only make it worse. I am not a expert of psychology but remember things like the placebo effect exists. Convince him its not a Jinn but a medical condition. If you are going to get religious help then pray to heal his illness.

If objects in his house starts to fly around, then you need a ruqya.

er...No , this is not your area of study, but mine is. So i know what i am on about, you don't.
All creatures eat and eat certain types of food and don't eat certain types.
Lions don't eat vegetables, goats don't eat meat. You divert attention of a Lion from eating you by leaving a big chunk of meat nearby?
Likewise Jinns eat certain things and don't eat certain. Bones are something they eat, Thats why i asked the person who opened this thread to leave a plate of bones in the Kitchen . Its same as the analogy above. By leaving the creatures favorite food, you divert their attention away from you or appease them into not bugging you.
In Islam we don't do such things as forbidden to make such type of contacts with Jinns. and also because this is not the way prescribed for us. To us Surah Falaq and Surah Naas will be enough. The tradition or practice of "Offerings" in Pagan religions originated from this. Later ballooned into too many things which became "Kufr". thats why In Islam we are forbidden to go that way.
But the guy who opened this thread is a Hindu and the trick i wrote is fine for him.

in order to get help from a Muslim Spiritual person, it is not necessary to be a Muslim, healer will deal with it and guide you through the process. Muslim ways are the most powerful, all hindu and other religious/spiritual practitioners admit it.

Its not red marks his whole face will become red like all the blood in the lower body somehow rushed to his head...like how goras white face become read in anger.

Initially he was a top student and everyone in the close family was envying his talent...but only this particular relative wanted to destroy him badly and he has succeded in it to this day.

He suddenly turned violent and developed irrational fear of studies...thats when his parents took him to Psychiatrist and not any ordinary Psychiatrist but the most well known top Psychiatrists in india...after 10 yrs of continuous treatments from various top doctors in this field his condition did not improve even 1%. All these Psychiatrists (all top doctors in india) could do was give him injections and tablets to keep him sedated 24X7...other than that they could not do squat...once the drugs wear off he will again become violent...only after that they tried alternative treatment that too went on for many years when that too failed to produce much result they turned to this as a last result...when it was identified as BM they immediately took action did remedies to cut the black magic...and then the miracle happened his violence stopped...he became normal...the change was like day and night...after that even our family was like what the hell how did this miracle happen ?

We were instructed to take him to a local durga where a great muslim saint is buried and to do dua every week for 9 consecutive weeks...we are doing that...sometimes the jinns attack him he can feel it but we cant and his face turns red (thats the only external sighn)...and we rush him to the durga immediately... the moment he steps inside the durga...he becomes normal...seeing his suffering i am very distressed and feel helpless...another way these JINN's attack him is if even tries to do something that will improve his life immediately he will suffer from insomnia...this will continue till he gives up the activity ...for example if he studies for a exam he will get sever insomnia...the next day if he doent study he will sleep like a baby.

Any member who has witnessed these things please advise...what is his prognosis can he be saved ?

My advice? Pakistanis live in denial and don't see their mentally ill relatives need to be in hospital. He doesn't have any jinn inside.

Being South Indian this is very important question. Please answer clearly and if you have to ask victims parents, Please do so.

was the victim interested in Shaktism and visiting places?

South Indians have family, village deities and then most do offering to a specific deity once or twice a year. all deities are different and they react differently under different circumstances.

before we blame any relative or anyone else, we need to check family history.

soothsayer who can only tell the problem and can not help is not a very reliable authority, when victim/family spoke with the hindu got through that lady, did god introduced him/herself? when shakti comes on a person it is always introduced. which god that was Kali, Kateri, Kal Bharav or some other? Now god himself / herself manifested and did not gave a solution which is difficult to comprehend, is it that hindu god accepted that whatever Jin that is, is more powerful then him /herself?

victim's parents and grand parents worship to which deity daily and annually and why stopped.

Kateri, Bhairav, Sagani, Sangalini, kurupan and some others can work in both positive and negative ways. answer the questions and I will try to suggest.
