All of these are concepts the Abrahamic faiths have borrowed from Zorroastrianism.
Each Zoroastrian has a balance, an account, of the good and bad deeds he has done in his life.
These will be weighed ....
The lay people are not burdened by millions of rules and rituals and dos and don'ts.
The priests take care of the major rituals by and large.
Islam doesn't encourage neither promote priesthood. I don't know about others but Islam doesn't. Haman was priest in Moses times, you can read about him in Quran. He is considered an enemy.
As I said make your actual beliefs public and then we will see what is what. Till then you can tell anyone that Abrahamic religions borrowed from Zoroastrians.
It is very nice and fulfilling and easy for a nice person to live as a Zoroastrian in his life.
Forums like this make me increasingly thankful for being born one.
Cheers, Doc
And Islam doesn't have a problem with that nice person living however he wants. Its only when they try being bullies, exploiters and oppressive.
