Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan's vision includes a program to plant / grow trees in Pakistan. Billion Tree Tsunami has certainly improved the outlook in KPK province.

However , much more can be done , specially in Sindh/Balochistan , which unlike Punjab are not green.

One Solution that comes to mind is Using Machines to plant 10,000-20,000 Trees by using few people and in short amount of time

Much can be also learned about plannting fully grown trees in Arid environment

Using Drones Technology to increase the plantation 1000%

while i am happy for KPK i wish more of this was also done in Balochistan and especially Sindh. 20 years ago there was far more greenery in Karachi. now its just dirt and trash everywhere.

Islamabad CDA is already using the tree transplanting machine in the middle video. Agricultural Drones have also been introduced.

Islamabad well is naturally Lush area , just have been impacted by over development since 90's
However rest of country needs afforestation drives badly

  • Islamabad (privileged)

Beyond this rest of country needs tree plantation

The condition in Mega Cities is so bad that people think it is normal to live in a Cement City

The point is don’t go around making recommendations without doing some research and don’t underestimate Pakistan simply because you live in the West.

Time for change, trees and nature is not only for rich diplomats in Islamabad

Most diplomats (politicians) live in Islamabad , lot of trees and lovely gardens , fine , and normally gardener to also take care of matter

Same with the Judges and fancy lawyers , normally have a government paid home chilling out in their big garden with the massive Villa

But it is normally the other 90% of city dwellers in Pakistan that don't see trees apart from few old trees which have survived

May be if Politicians actually lived in Normal city where the normal every day people live they would be able to relate to the sorry state of missing trees

So why are you recommending use of fancy machines rather than labor to give employment to people, which is one of the drivers of the forestation program. I don’t think you know what you are talking about.
