Well about the muslims in India,then Islam is the second largest religion in India. And India has the 3rd largest population of muslims.
A muslim in my country enjoys more privileges than a hindu like me because of the minority status. More so if they are kashmiris.
I am not denying any fact that hindu-muslim clashes dont happen. Neither do i believe that Modi is completely clean in godhra riots. But as I stressed earlier in my first post on this thread that BJP has come out cleaner than UPA when it comes to secular harmony,when in center.

Just to give you a glimpse of general Muslim condition of India they are 20% of Population but only 3% (just 29000 thousand in whole army and % is even less among officers)of its armed forces while sikhs being only less than 2 % of indian population are more than 20% of Indian army . Was there ever a muslim Army chief in India?

Army is normally considered a no 2 or 3 option as compare to IT , multinational comapnies etc jobs which are very well paying and less demanding so if this is how muslims are treated for army we can well imagine how they would be treated in other more attractive sectors.

You know the answer better than me if 10 muslims go to join only 1 is selected and if 10 sikhs go 7 are selected as the selectors are also mostly sikhs and hindus besides . I know you would say Muslims arent that able but thats easily nullified by the fact that on both yr east and west bengali and Pakistani army is made up of muslims and Pak army is considered among the best in the world with the same muslims.
