hahahahah terrorist detector still have not arrived in market. any way what is the anem of chinese varient of humveee

it is available from the day we bourn and is ready made available in our body I mean our brain and very sadly we have to admit first that we are far behind to use this natural source and the big example to prove this theory is our management ability, now you will ask that how we can detect terrorists with our management? so my reply is that you can test this by deploying our police in a crowdy area after some time you will find that all of them will gather in one place to discuss their mutual interests or they will become busy to find some shikar" to earn some "over time" and as no one have proper control on our well trained policemen (to find shikars) anyone can easily avoid them and that is happening in Pakistan now a days. thanks

what about assault rifles? I desperately wanna see a change to our old g3 rifles? I think we should start from the below to up so first we got to change our standard assault rifle from g3 to some thing more kool and useful like m16 a3

nobody still answered my question!

are we really getting SH-1 Self Propelled Artillery??

Chinese have started to make some very good artillery systems.

AFFDP-2019 envisions an all 155mm 52 caliber artillery, meaning a standard for whole artillery we are gonna have, making logistical issues reduced to the minimum. And for that we had contacted the Turks for their Panther 155mm semi-SP guns, and Chinese.

The stage of acquisition is not yet clear, as at what stage the guns are as no confirm news or picture has been seen yet, but if not today, tomorrow we would be seeing Chinese artillery in our ranks of the 155mm nature, as we already have hundreds of Chinese artillery guns in our arsenal.

Also, just for info, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are using Chinese PLZ-45 SP 155mm guns in their armies, after it beat the western ones in the selection competition. Both these countries are very pro-US and uses nearly 90% US equipment, but opting for Chinese artillery systems means they are good enough. Kuwait even re-ordered after the first order, meaning it was sufficiently OK with the Chinese system, and KSA also bought it after seeing it in service with the Kuwaitis.

We may even see the PLZ-45 ones in future with PA. SH-1 also hopefully.

Both are 155mm 52 caliber guns, with the propelling platform difference.

UK forces are to receive a semi-automatic 7.62 mm x 51 mm 'sharpshooter' weapon to combat Taliban forces engaging beyond the maximum effective range of the 5.56 mm L85A2 assault rifle.

In a USD2.5 million deal the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has contracted Law Enforcement International (LEI) to supply 440 LM7 semi-automatic rifles.

The urgent operational requirement follows calls from troops on the ground for a weapon that can be comfortably patrolled with, can be rapidly initiated and provide an increased range for contacts out to 800 m.

To be redesignated the L129A1, the gas-operated weapon carries a 20-round magazine, is 945 mm long and weighs 5 kg. It will be manufactured by Lewis Machine & Tool Company in the United States, with deliveries expected to begin in early 2010.

Features of the weapon include a single-piece upper receiver and free-floating, quick-change barrels available in 305 mm, 406 mm and 508 mm. It has four Picatinny rails with a 540 mm top rail for night vision, thermal and image intensifying optics. Stock options include fixed or retractable versions.

Industry sources told Jane's that LEI beat competition including Heckler & Koch's HK417 (already supplied to specialist units within the MoD), FN Herstal's SCAR (Special Operations Forces Combat Assault Rifle) and an offering from Sabre Defence Industries.

To date UK soldiers must complete a marksmanship course to become qualified as 'sharpshooters' and are regarded as being a grade below that of a sniper. Following the introduction of Accuracy International's (AI's) .338-cal L115A3 sniper rifle, sharpshooters have been armed with AI's outgoing 7.62 mm L96 rifle. However, the latter's bolt action does not make it a suitable option for a patrolling soldier.

With the majority of contacts occurring at either very close range or at ranges out to between 500 m and 900 m, the "only organic asset" available to responding UK forces in a small-arms capacity is the 7.62 mm General-Purpose Machine Gun, with MoD sources saying that "5.56 mm weapons lack the reach to engage the enemy at those ranges".

"The 5.56 mm is sufficiently lethal at the right range, but troops need 7.62 mm for longer ranges. We should be looking at higher performance rounds with higher lethality at longer range. Research is going to filter into user requirements for the soldier system lethality programme," one MoD source told Jane's .

Mulk me istemal ko cheeni aur bijli nai; in cheezon ka achar dalna hai...?

If the country continues to go where it is going now; forget about fighters and tanks, we may end up using lanterns in 2020, or wood to keep warm...

.
Lets hope for the best and a good new year for PA in advance and useful weapons acquisitions specially small and infantry level arms

.
yes i hope too but PA has to ask the govt that they are sick of G3 and want new assault rifle which will serve pakistan in next decade

.
We need to add the British design style starstreak THOR system into our acquisitions. This will massively increase the PA effectiveness on the battlefield especially along the LOC.
