I think due to the diverse nature of SSG`s missions they should use 2 camouflage uniforms.
For Jungle warfare they should maintain their original camo or use a digital pixallated version of the same.

For Urban ops they should use the one whick US army uses.

Bullets work in the principle of kinetic energy, the shorter the range of impact the more lethal it is.

Say for example rifle X (5.56 mm caliber) has an effective range of 500 meters, in close combat if it hits its target in 50 meters or less then the damage would be greater in proportion to its caliber. An AK-47 firing 7.62x39 caliber rounds at 10 meters or less would have the same devastating effect of a .50 caliber weapon at full range.

That is why many armies prefer the 9mm pistol round in CQB. It is light weight, more rounds can be carried, the weapon is compact and easy to grip, most importantly the light weight round makes it possible to fire accurately at full auto - something not possible with 7.62 or even the 5.56 caliber rounds.

100% Agreed But what do you say about MP5 OR P-90 and will they damage the suit just like M-16.

They also were using Semi-Automatic Weapon. How about giving policemen this kind of Suit. AN AEROPLANE WAS ALSO A CONCEPT AND THEN Wright Brothers created it. A submarine was also a concept , american are creating robots and insect Drones . And we cant create DAMN armor to protect our soldiers.

9mm is a bigger caliber than either 5.56 or 7.62, in close range (10 meters or less) it will have a lethal effect. By close range I mean house clearing scenarios in hostage rescue missions. The range in fact would be more likely 10 feet or less given the proximity of the target.
