Abortive act of piracy: IRGC Navy foils US attempt to steal Iranian oil in Oman Sea

I suggest Iran take away these Chinese equipment:

1, The top speed of 022 can reach 50 knots. It's invisible and hard to find.
It carries eight YJ83 missiles with a range of 285 kilometers.
China has sealed up 100 022 ships (because in recent years, China's naval theory has changed from coastal defense to regional denial, this batch of 022 is almost new and only used for a short time)
China usually sells retired warships at a price of 10%, and the total price of these 100 type 022 should not exceed US $150 million.

2, JH7A has a max range of 3900 km(F35 max range 2200km), a max bomb load of 9t(F35 max bomb load 7 tons) and a max speed of 2.2 Mach(F35 max speed 1.6 Mach). It can carry four YJ series anti-ship missiles. There are about 280 JH7A in China. The cost of each JH7A is USD 20 million. It is estimated that about $1 billion will be able to buy 280 second-hand JH7A.

Thanks for your suggestions...Iran's new indigenous Types are almost complete (some resemblance to Type 022 but much bigger)..Three are being built simultaneously in three shipyards..

It is the degree of political will that is all important, with that will almost anything is possible, without it nothing will be achieved,no matter how many other factors may be in somethings favor.

Exactly. Syria is a another good example of this: Israel is attacking Syrian and Iranian targets in Syria with impunity. But they don't dare to do this in Lebanon, because Hezbollah has established effective deterrence there. Could Iran do the same in Syria? Of course it could do so, and quite easily, the military capacity of Iran is after all much greater than that of Hizbullah.

Or the US occupation of vast areas of Syrian territory - militarily, this is a joke, perhaps a thousand lightly armed soldiers dependent on a very vulnerable supply line through Iraq that Iran is able to cut at will. Syrian and Iranian troops could simply move in, it is extremely unlikely that the US would dare to try to do anything.

But in both cases, despite the objectively highly favorable prospect of action, nothing is done because of a lack of political will.

It is not expensive for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE to build pipelines to bypass Strait of Hormuz
Lol....that doesnt change the fact that Persian Gulf will always be the most important and easily accessible waters adjacent to ARab countries. If Persian Gulf security is irrelevant then why is US 5th fleet still there? if there's no use for the persian gulf bcoz kSA can bypass it and its "not expensive", then why protect whats irrelevant? makes no sense.
3.Iran just called this an act of piracy when US saw it as law enforcement.
But what does International law say about what transpired? Look, the correct applicable law isnt relative. US violated international law, that IS THE FACT. end of story.

How did they recapture the Cargo?

Pentegon says it was a vietnamese tanker that Iran took. Whatever the situation, it seems like it was a victory for Iran

First of all, law is only meaningful if it can be enforced. Therefore, the so-called international law is often in limbo. The law of each country is almost always enforced by its own law enforcement. But who enforces the international law? If it is not enforced, is it really a law or just a cry of injustice?

Any law or constitution is nothing unless you have men and guns to back it up. That is why it is stupid to claim to have a constitutional state without guaranteeing the right to bear arms. Otherwise how would this constitution be enforced?

There should always be the right for self-defense. However, bearing arms raises many technical questions on details. Is a nuclear bomb an arm? What about a howitzer? Should an armed drone be allowed? I think for practical purpose, there should be a limit on what defines an arm and whatever defines an allowed arm, there should be a law to require people be trained properly to use it, unless it is too trivial, like a stone. I think the training part is often missed in the debate on the right to bear arms.

lack of enforcement doesnt mean that illegal actions becomes/is allowed to be considered legal actions. lets forget all semantics and playing devil's advocate. US committed intl piracy...according to Intl law.

Training is easy. I could teach you to accuratley fire a rifle in 30 minutes to an hour. I think all arms should be allowed that the Military has. Otherwise, the people are put at a disadvantage.

Of course but as a requirement it needs enforcement. Many people just buy a gun and think that is all there is. Properly using a gun and making sure it is secured from misuse should be a responsibility for anyone owning a gun.

First of all, there are only just or unjust actions and they are through moral judgement. To categorize legal and illegal actions, you need law, which doesn't exist if there is no enforcement. Don't confuse unjust actions with illegal actions and just actions with legal actions. Many legal actions are unjust and many illegal actions are just.

Name of the second ship is in the video, based on IRGC statement, the ship has reached Bandar-Abbas port at 8 o'clock October 25th.

Can you give us the name of the Iranian tanker that was hijacked by the U.S. Navy?

Can you give us the name of the Iranian tanker that was hijacked by the U.S. Navy?
No. it has been a tanker with 1.5 million barrel capacity and story starts from months earlier, there has been two receiving tankers. one tanker was seized by Iran shortly, and US navy didn't get the chance to intervene.
the second one managed to get away till on october 24 while was being escorted by US navy was seized by IRGC navy.

Where are all those people who constantly spread their hatred against Iran and undermine us? You guys are NOWHERE to be seen now. I have just one thing to say to you guys, JUST SIT THERE and keep hating and wishing that your country could do even 5% of what Iran has done against the Yankee Criminals.

And not just this, in the coming war... Iran will sink the whole Yankee fleet TO THE DEPTH OF THE PERSIAN GULF as prophesied already by NOSTRADAMUS. Not only we will fight them, WE WILL DEFEAT THEM 1 VS 1, HEAD TO HEAD.
