Abolish IAS and IPS in India

Through IAS and IPS (H)Indian gov is posting foreigners into major admin and police posts in Tamil Nadu. They will be fifth columns with no loyalty to local people.

So abolish IAS and IPS. Each state should have their own admin and police service officers (similar to IAS IPS).

What about it. Appoint officers as it has been doing until central gov interfered and insisted its IAS IPS officers be posted to senior state jobs.
Stare cannot fire these IAS/IPS but only can transfer them to less desirable posts. That is unacceptaBle.

Example. A H-indian IPS officer in Bengaluru acted high handed during protests against Hindi at metro. State transferred to a non-exec position. Could not discipline him by suspending for a month without salary.

What has a IPS officers (say DGP) or IAS officer (collector) to do with interstate disputes? Are you asleep?
