I don't see him blaming the Chinese couple .
He's only correcting the details provided by media About the Chinese couple . He investigated and told all he could find about them , their activities were not under state's control neither permissible by state so obviously , when an international person comes to pakistan for any purpose so it should be under state's information so that state keeps the record and provide these international people the security they require .

It's true that the Korean group preach here as my friends from university has seen them but it's only friendly gesture , not any mission or plan . Students there have reacted quite friendly to them and also arrange some lunch or meetings . Anyway , their killing is not linked to preaching . It's done by isis as they do everywhere to weaken the states .

It's happening since long time . Even two years ago a friend told me about a Korean group and told me that she has added them in her account to be friends , but never ever have been any attack on them by locals or any organisation in this time .
And their preaching wasn't that effective or regular , just in months , they talk to students and each person listen about other's religion and at last distributing some scripture . I believe they were given permission by university administration for mingling with the students so as to encourage interaction .

I still don't believe that the killing was done for preaching ,if it was then they would have been attacked years ago . I believe it's isis causing terror . But let's wait for the investigation.
