Aamir Khan taking on BJP

Why not the Muslims in India demands to have their share in Govt services as wwell as in local Policing and other roles.

I saw this interview... he posed the same question to Kapil sibal the BJP spokesperson and Arvind.... Same questions were posed on mohalla sabha, social audits..... Both congress and Arvind did not give straight answers and ducked... Arvind in his straight forward way demolished the debate and provided straight and clear answers to the issues raised....

It is not about AAP, it is about issues and discussing those issues, why shy away from it..... If Modi or Rahul gandhi are confident of thier position why dont debate on issues on a live broadcast... no need to include arvind, because we all know what an IIT grad would do to these two in a debate... nevertheless, let altleast both the lame ducks should slug it out on issues....

It is not about AAP, it is about issues and discussing those issues, why shy away from it..... Dosen't matter if kejriwal has an iq of over 200,he is a hardcore leftist and will do no good to nation in long run.

The first thing these ppl will do is provide more subsidy,nationalize more institutions and reduce the defence budget further.

The guy is a neo-maoist and full of shit,anti development.he ain't nothing but cpi(m) in a new dress

That is the problem with the community. Government is trying hard to improve the education in madarasa by making a board and introducing subjects. But change has to come from the community. And it is:

CHENNAI: The traditional madrasas in the state are facing a crisis. Fewer students are now seeking admission.

Take a look at the admissions at the three traditional madrasas -- Madrasa Al-Baqiyat As-Salihat in Vellore, Madrasa-e-manbavul Anwar in Lalpettai, Cuddalore district, and Madrasae-Misbahul Huda in Needur, Nagapattinam district - in the state. A decade ago, these were admitting 150 to 250 students at the entry level every academic year. Now, new admissions are in the range of 75 to 30 students now.

The oldest madrasa in Tamil Nadu, Al-Baqiyat As-Salihat in Vellore admitted only 33 students in 2012-13, a dramatic fall from 250 a decade ago. Founded by Moulana Abdul Wahab, fondly called A'ala Hazrat, in 1887, Al-Baqiyat As-Salihat is known as 'Thai (mother) Madrasa' of south India. The course extends over seven years. Only 250 students now study at this 150-year-old madrasa, which has a sprawling infrastructure and a huge library.

A variety of reasons have been given to explain the trend. Meagre salaries for imams (religious teachers who lead the prayers at the mosque) to preference among parents' to give a modern education to their children have impacted admissions at the traditional madrasas.

Few takers for traditional madrasa education - The Times of India

A good example are the Bohras in India; they are affluent and well liked community. If they can be well off, why not rest of the Muslims?
