It is China's internal affair. Sure, America helped Cuba secede from Spain, India helped Bangladesh secede from Pakistan, but China is far more powerful than Spain, Pakistan. Plus, Taiwan strait is the only place American carriers can fight. It's narrow.

The free world has an interest in keeping Taiwan free from Chinese oppression.

Also, if we don't stand up to China at some point, China will just take more and more from free nations.
All while labeling it "an internal affair".

China makes chips too. After China takes back Taiwan the factory there will continue to supply chips to the world. Only power plants, airports, ports, hospitals, water filtration plants will be bombed to force Taiwan to surrender within a year.

i think the free world will not allow China to take Taiwan by force.
i am however, open to the idea of China taking over Taiwan by diplomacy.

But China has IMO too! But its not because CHina just passed US/Western military abilities on its own, i believe its because US has been distracted and worn down by stupid wars it lost- Iraq and Afghanistan, MEANWHILE CHina has not been in any wars, but just spending heavily on research, weaponizing, technology, etc. So unfortunately, US looks tired today if we are being honest, US will need time to recover and reequip before its able to fight China, THATS JUST THE HARSH AND HOT TEA....
