than why this Open Society stop the Construction of a Community center 2 blocks away from WTC ?
i am in favor of Free and Open Society , but as i mention ,everything is good if its remain in limits ..that is where the law , Ethics , and moral values comes in

That Center was opened in 2011, and the final plans are progressing. There is no ban on it, only that proper process is being followed. What is your point here?

that Community center was Shown's as a Mosque ,which lead a lot of American Community to start opposing the Buildings of Mosque in the community , which clearly shows the concept of open and free Society , yeah its not as spread across the America, Americans are still Tolerant people , but this Kind of Organization rising in UK and USA leads more trouble ..

The community has every right to speak its mind, for and against whatever development is proposed in their area. That is the American Way, for very good reasons, and it is exactly what a free and open society does. Just because you do not agree is not reason enough to stop anyone from airing their views.

but the same free and open society Provide freedom of religion , so a Muslim American has all the Right to build mosque anywhere he/she wants , if i am not wrong even a Pentagon has its own Mosque ... Oppossing in one matter but creating a hype over a issue that never existed puts a Question mark on Free Society .

Right to build mosque anywhere he/she wants? Not anywhere. All buildings are subject to zoning laws and public hearings, whether a mosque or a church or a shopping mall or a spa. All that hype is actually a good demonstration of how a free society works.

No sir, that's not really true.

There's regulations on how land in certain zones can be used. There's limits on floor area to land area ratio.

I'm personally against these regulations....But they exist. USA is not free enough. And it's getting worse and worse with socialist governments continuously winning the popular vote.

No. Any place may not be a place of worship if it creates a public nuisance or parking problems or other similar civic issues, subject to laws covering such situations. The important point here is that all places of worship are treated equally under the law.
