The picture shows the helicopters are taking off one after another.

Seven helicopters of a newly-established helicopter group of an airborne troop unit under the Air Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) conducted their first flight training that was proved to be a success in a military airfield in the north of central China’s Hubei Province on the morning of July 3, 2011.

Is this a transport helicopter in the same class as lets say the Black hawk or the Huey?

Will Pakistan ever make they own helis or will they just buy this one from China?

sir pakistani need of holes are much much less . it can be license production or joint venture but making a helicopter from 0 just for 350 holes you need at all . its will be not good at any cost.

Guys, I think there's a misunderstanding here.

It's not a helicopter that made its first flight. It's a helicopter GROUP that made its first flight. They still use the Z-9 helicopters. Don't get too excited here.
