Bro i've not only seen documentaries about this but also heard from professors of military history that the Germans at the start of the war did not have a technological advantage. Did you know the many of their mobile units lacked heavy armour v the opposition, they also had to use horses for the most part to move infantry around.
The Germans developed in sophistication later in the war due to the need for it.

In the present context a good example may be the Third Battle of Panipat b/w the Muslims and the Hindus!!! Although the Hindu Army was overwhelmingly larger in men, wealth, armaments (French), training (by the French), logistics etc. they got shredded into pieces by the fast charging Muslim Army fighting with a motivation of "for the Din"!!! Yes, I am aware of that. At the onset of the war typical German mechanized unit would have less tanks, less SPGs, APCs etc then allied units. In fact total at the dawn of Blitzkreig Alies had more tanks etc. As time went on German armour went up in quality but not in numbers. Typical German Panzer unit might only have 30 tanks at any given point. In fact in WW2 the chance of a allied soldier finding a Tiger tank was probably about same as finding a toilet in India. Very slim chance.

However as I enumerated earlier, the Germans fought the allies with blood and guts. Under ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer or One race, one realm, one leader Germany fought with united 80 million people. German cultural traits like discipline, hard work, physical prowess, competition sports and education came together to create a formidable force. In addition the ability to taking punishing losses and still keep fighting. Unfortunately Pakistan as a country has non of those qualities. We as people are lazy, slack, avoid competition sport and prefer indulging on boriani and then farting while holding a bloated stomach. The only thing we have is bombastic talk, some crazy delusions about a ummah and how 1,300 'we' defeated the might of Rome.

By the way have you see even today? German ability at sports, football, olympics, tennis etc Then you know about their hard work and discipline ethos that still is part of their culture. We have to be honest about these things. You think if Germans were in place of Pakistan Kashmir would still be in Indian hands?

And you are correct about Whermacht's dependance on horse transport for logistics. First because of he post WW1 restrictions had not given enough space for Germany to build up a full army and secondly as war progressed they began running out of fuel. so limited fuel they got from Romanian oilfields would go on priorty like aircraft etc.

Although an unpopular subject, Israel is a much better real life example of a smaller enemy defeating a larger enemy.

No it is NOT. Israel is small piece of Europe or America transplanted in Western Asia. They enjoy technical, manpower quality superiority against their enemies and are connected via a follopian tube to USA which supports them with latest military technology.
