American Abrams tanks will hold a large exercise in Poland, wearing "windbreaker" systems made by the Israeli company Raphael. The exercise, which will be held in the shadow of the Corona virus, will include 55 American tanks and Bradley anti-aircraft guns.
The U.S. military issued a statement on Friday announcing that an armored battalion would conduct an emergency deployment exercise in Europe. "This is a dynamic force that will carry out an exercise designed to test the military's ability to alert and deploy rapidly around the world," a press release said. This is one of the first major exercises to use the active defense system, which aims to identify and eliminate enemy anti-aircraft missiles.
