We know that there were a lot of "extra" ballot papers available before the elections, so I am not too surprised at all the ballot papers available like in this fashion after the elections too, since I have no confidence at all regarding the secrecy, security or safety of the ballot papers from start to finish. Utterly shameful and disgraceful.
