It's actually Failure of Federal Govt not recognizing the Shahada's of People from KPK...If Mufti naqeeb is inherently blind then it's none of our Problem...People saw Chaand here and we celebrated it as it was right...Pakistaniat demands to accept the Shahada's of Muslim from anywhere in the country without any bias to his caste or sect but i guess since it's seen by Pashtun's from KPK so it's not acceptable to the Pious people of rest of Pakistan...Where is your Pakistaniat and solidarity when it comes to accepting IDP's from our very country who themselves fought many wars for the same country and even took more 40 % strategic Kashmir for this country...

Wrrora aisaa nahin soochteiii ! :(

We did accept IDPs !

Its just that its very hard for the rest of us to believe that the same Mosque in Peshawar (and no other mosque) manages to sight the moon a day earlier for as long as one can remember; abbb Baluchistan mein bhi tou Pukhtoon hain na & in Attock, Mianwali & Rawalpindi & even some parts of KPK don't agree with the Popalzais on this either & all of them celebrate it with the rest of the country - Tou aisaa na socch that we've got something against Pukhtoons....we don't !

How about we take the 'determination criteria' about Eid from these Maulvis & relegate it to the realm of Science ? Let the Astronomers decided what the 'moon' says !

Popalzai doesn't sit to visualize moon,He just confirm's and pyx's Shahada's from various people across the province and FATA...Now tell me were those 40 people who sighted the moon Lying...2nd thing is,why People across the world sights the moon same day as in KPK but mufti naqeeb Rehman not even once co incided with them...You decide..

And it's not what i think that People from other provinces have against Pukhtoons,It's just some people who preach and Portray Pakistaniyat in a way it's suits them and masquerading this word to express their Lingual and secterian Hatred...

What do those words mean? :what:
khabateen means women / ladies

as for teej Haryali Teej is one of the famous festivals of Haryana, especially in the Gujjar, Ahir and Jat communities, and is celebrated as an official holiday. Many functions are organised by the Haryana government to celebrate this festival. This festival is celebrated to welcome the rainy season. It falls on the third day of 'Shrwana' month. Boys fly kites from morning to evening. This tradition is losing its charm in big cities due to high rise buildings and lack of terrace space. In some other parts of India, kites are flown every year, mainly on festivals such as Makar Sankranti or Independence Day. Swings are set up in the open courtyards and Teej gets the first swing of the season. Girls apply henna to their hands and feet and are excused from household chores on this day. On Teej, it is a must for the girls to receive new clothes from their parents. The system of giving new clothes on all occasions to a daughter (and her children) was in lieu of her right to the family property and money, which was earlier denied to her by law. On Teej, just as on Karva Chauth, the mother sends a baya or gift. Thepooja is performed in the morning. The baya, which consists of a variety of foodstuffs, is placed on a thaali at the place of worship where a chowk (square) has been decorated, an idol or a picture of Parvati is installed. The evenings are set aside for singing and dancing, including the women's prayers for their husbands' longevity and their families
