It's not easy to believe that Davis simply decided to shoot two Pakistanis through the windshield of his own car. (Why not roll down the window first?) What Davis describes is having a motorcycle pull in front of him and the guy in back pull a gun,
rack it, and point it directly at Davis' face. In America such an action is a felony, aggravated assault at the very least. Ever see a Wild West movie? The fact that the
other guy drew first is a complete defense.
