except that it is allowed. there is no way on this earth that it can be done here so easily without the connivance of some moderators. I used to spot them almost daily.but gave up reporting them in the end. caught one pro india from Pakistan 4 times. there are many indians and bengalis who do it on a regular basis.

this one reapplied in November (on the same day he was banned) last year but for some reason they delayed his approval until this month.

once caught a uae jernail who was also an Irish police chief at the same time.
