In choosing schools or colleges, most Chinese students and parents pay attention to their rankings. More than half of them would like to enter into Top 100 ranking universities and a lot of them have proved to be qualified for those prestigious colleges.
The report also shows studying abroad is not an option only for few wealthy families in China any more,42% of the overseas students come from China's middle class families and most of the parents don't have an oversea background.
According to the report, most of the overseas students don't have immigration intentions. 90 percent of them said they would come back to China after study, among which, 39 percent would prefer to have a short working experience in foreign countries before coming back.

While the number of students going overseas for education increases, the number of returnees increases, as well. A good trend. These youngsters are the nations' future think tankers, engineers and social scientists.
