A luxury car is owned by a very small number of people, are you saying that 10% that roughly means that there are 1.8 crore BMW's in Pakistan?

No I was being sarcastic. Only by that criteria 90% poor figure can be obtained. 90% is indeed poor.

The problem is there is no concrete data in the number of poor since the last 3 years, and Pakistan still falls back on the 2005-2006 data report. The 53 % has been worked out on the basis of the stagnant growth of the economy against the last data to the increase in population.

all those who have no villa no imported 1600cc car 3 wives and 17 shops or markets in city center are poor .


those who earn less then 100000 per month are poor


all gov workers are poor

every one who has more then 2 kids is poor

those who never fly an air craft are also poor

those who never dinner in PC hotel are poor

those who never travel on daiwoo are poor

those who ever eat in any chairity or kul shareef or sadqa are poor

those who use less then 10 litters per day CNG-PATROL are poor

those who never visit islamabad are really poor

those who have no uncle cozen or any relative MPA-MNA are poor

each and every one who work for armed forces any brach are poor

those who eat less then 5kg chiken per week are poor

those who wake up before 9am are poor (as rich wake up 12pm)

those who are muslims are perform jummah prayer are poor

those who never ever use internet are poor

those who wear silwar kamees once a week or so are poor

those who eat roti with one type of salan are poor

those who ever ride a bike like honda CD70 are poor

those who never change their dress daily are poor

all those who have less then 3 GFs are poor

all those who never carry camera mobile are poor

Pakistan as a nation has failed...India with a billion plus population, cr@ppy political system, many social issues have reduced our poverty by 150 million in the last one decade...the poverty % is now at 40%..and in Pakistan the poverty% is 90%...This is a high time that Pakistan change its priorities from destroying other nations to improving itself...

WHAT IS THE CRITERIA IN BOTH CASES PLEASE CLARIFY! BECAUSE THE WORLD BANK SAYS WE ONLY HAVE 38% OF THE POPULATION LIVING BELOW THE POVERTY LINE, THAT IS EARNING LESS THAN A DOLLAR A DAY.
