Honestly, i think this should be the message:

Almost all the perpetrators of the crime are dead and buried. But i still see some Chinese who talk of "repaying the Japanese in kind".

I agree 100%. In fact I said the exact same thing in page #2 of this thread.

The point of "Wu wang guo chi" is not hatred. The point, is to remind ourselves not to be weak.

I harbor no ill-feelings towards the Japanese people of today, they had nothing to do with a war that happened 70 years ago.
