We didn't stop it because it gave us an excellent opportunity to sell nuclear reactors to Pakistan, so we can start our business of selling nuclear reactors overseas. We gained everything and lost nothing.

what have you done with your veto?? Anything significant against us... As far us i know nothing.. Even nothing against the small number of LTTE militants.
