Bangladesh has the lowest internet penetration in South Asia, with just 14.40 percent of the population having connectivity to the internet, according to a report by the International Telecommunication Union.

The ITU data itself even by their standard is outdated and couple of years old probably used data from 2015.

Bangladesh has more internet users than piss poor India and that’s the fact.
