Thanks, I did not know about this project, however if you want to invest in karachi, buy a flat in Crescent Bay and watch the prices rise.

I know someone who bought a flat in Marina Creek for 50 lakhs five years ago and today today it is worth 1 million and some odd lakhs.

I believe you meant to say 10 million (as 1 million is only 10 lakh)

My Uncle bought a property in Gawadar and later found its a scam - Had a long fight with the dealers and got part of its money back after hard-work... let alone the profits - I know many other peoples who doubled or even tripled their fortunes after investing in gwadar but poor uncle wasn't lucky enough

Oh yeah, I know a lot of peoples who invested in DHA in Lahore, Karachi & few other housing schemes and doubled their investment in a very short span of time...

Yes, 10mil and he sold the house recently doubling his investment. As for Gwadar, much of it was a scam where non existing properties were sold for good amounts.

Its best to stick with cities such as Karachi for real estate investments.

In fact even buying property in LDA areas is not safe which is supposed to be safe.If you live abroad Mafia/Kabza group can take your property specailly if you don't have any links.I would only trust DHA to safeguard your property if you're not physically present in Pakistan.Strictly for Lahore only.
