As for the TFX for Pakistan? It could happen but there is no reason to suspect that Turkey's first ever home grown fighter and a VLO project no less will be anything like a walk in the park or delivered anytime soon. Pakistan is more likely to get the J-31.

Turkey has a lot of experience with planes, and a very mature industry. It will not be easy, but they are going to manage it well.

No official resource yet, either Russian AL31 or WS10G. Both are reliable one, in the future will be replaced by WS15 engine.
