Uniform is required in schools up to 12th standards , after that you are free to come to college in your choice of cloths .

This is actually really accurate. I have been on the internet since the 5th grade and a few months ago in youtube comments, was the very first time I saw a non-indian talking about converting to hinduism. You just don't hear about it.
