I agree with you. As far as Kashmir issue is concerned, lot many lives have been snuffed off in the last 60 years. Both sides are blaming each other.

there are three layers of Indian army deployed behind the fence.

And US has not deployed 700,000 troops along mexico border. At least not yet!

To remind those sat safe at home there are , to quote Mr George Orwell, rough men sat on their borders ready to visit violence on those that would do them harm. That as little as you may hear about it- that these things do still happen. If you let your guard down for a moment, if you get complacent things will go bad very quickly.

And at the end of the day India is a democracy, this is the truth so there is no reason he can't be stating these figures in his parliament.

Well we can't really deny that some terrorists don't go in but thats it. LOC is such a place now where large number of attempts can happen but not successful infiltrations. You have to be satisfy sending just these few terrorists and not like in 90s when large number of terrorists would come. But these few would have a zero impact on us and would be killed and thats for sure.
