530km Zhengzhou-Wuhan HSR opens on 28.09.2012

I am having difficult time to figuare out whether you are just making this up or simply everyone else just don't care whether there was one such accident happened in Korea.

Yes, both KTX and Shinkansen have had auto collisions before, no train to train collision in service. The KTX train to train collision happened at the maintenance depot where the PTC was off and no one was injured.

Wenzhou accident was due to adminstrating human error rather than a system malfunction. You are right on this that this kind of accident should not happen at all.

It was a system error because the lightening strike caused the PTC system to malfunction(Railway equipment are supposed to be lightening resistant but this Chinese produced equipment wasn't) and the controllers decided to disable the malfunctioning PTC to move the traffic, which led to the disaster.

Like KTX never derailed. Oh wait it did, but there had to be a viaduct for it to be frown off from when it was derailed, but since it happened in a tunnel so where could it flown off to.

S. Korea of bird poo size has 550 km in length. Its size can barely accommodate one 530km Zhengzhou-Wuhan HSR.

In a stark contrast, China has vast territory and huge resources need to be moved around.

That’s one of the reasons that S Koreans are the most China-visiting foreigner: S Korea doesn’t have the resources to make people live comfortable. S. Koreans flock into China, ditching their home country called S. Korea, to enjoy such high living standard in the Middle Kingdom. They know how the risks there far outlive the benefits.

China is now the proud possessor of the world's longest high-speed railway network, with a combined track length of 7,531 kilometers as of December 2010. What you believe what the Korean said? Koreans just like Japanese like to think that they are better than the Chinese the fact is they are not. They would not be where they are now without great influence from the Chinese in writing, philosophy, religion, etc.

Look at the South Korean flag which was derived from Taoism, it's got Yin/Yang and four of eight trigrams (ba gua): Heaven/Sky, Fire, Water, and Earth.

Seriously, Koreans have problems identifying themselves, to the West is China and to the East is Japan. One Japanese commented, why would Japan and China need Korea?

Here is the reason why China is/was out from participating in building Brazil's HSR:
Those interested in participating in the auction, scheduled for May 29 next year, will have to be at least 10 years experience in the activity, without the occurrence of fatal liability company in that period.

Hey Korean, if you understand English well, even if the fatal Wenzhou accident did not happen, China would still be not qualified (because China started operating the HSR in 2007).

NOTE: Preliminary investigations revealed that the fatal Wenzhou accident was not caused by defective HSR train but rather it was caused by design flaws in railway signaling equipment and human error.

South Korea is a developed country, there is a reason for their mind now. What can we do ? Sit down and work.
More HSR will be built in China for sure. In next 3 years, we will build 18000 km HSR. If they are running well, I am sure more business will come.

Cargos don't get transported on bullet trains. Only people are moved by bullet trains, except that China's bullet trains run half empty because of high ticket prices relative to Chinese income.

There were no such rules during the 2011 bidding on Brazil HSR project.

The rule was introduced only after the Wenzhou crash, for the specific purpose of eliminating Chinese bidders from the contest.

This is why it's called the HSR System export, not the bullet train export. Because it comes in a package, bullet trains, track construction, and signaling/control.
