Typical 'Times' article with a misleading title. More like 5 countries that the US has committed crimes against/supported decades of occupation against. Only country that 'hates' is the US against the Middle East.

Funny, because that aid largely amounts to nothing. First of all it isn't used to better the country at all, and secondly we lost more than 10s of billions in this WOT already, a war which had nothing to do with us in the first place.
