$306.603 Billion : Indian Foreign exchange Reserve

Indian foreign exchnge reserve rose to record $306.603 billion on 25th July 2008. The central bank said foreign currency assets, expressed in dollar terms, included the effect of appreciation or depreciation of other currencies held in its reserves such as the euro, pound sterling and yen.
