So a minority has lesser rights? And what are the reasons?
Instead of denial, why don't you ask the RTI guy himself.Nope you are needlessly trying too hard like your other profiles.
Information is authentic and completely reliable.
No but that wasn't my question. Do you believe a minority must have lesser rights?Everywhere in the world majority dictate the future.
India's refusal to come to the table for Kashmir is evident that India does not value peace through diplomatic means. It uses terrorism as an extension of its foreign policy as well as selling the PAKISTANI boogeyman to its public. Lack of discipline in its Army is also fast becoming a daily news so these violations are not shocking. The civilian government has already brought this to the UNs attention and this is the constant war mongering the Pakistani state has to deal with by its neighbour.
It is a mob ridden country where every new radical mob is extremer and brutal in nature. To avoid its internal collapse India looks for wars with its small neighbours just so that the mob can be called a nation every ten years.
Pakistan values peace and diplomacy even under constant war mongering. Our patience though respected has its limits as well as many other countries fed up by the hypocrite nature of India.
How many wars have been started by india to disturb peace in south asia ? Pls be neutral.
You want peace ? Pakistan has one leg in its western border otherwise you had left no chance to disturb peace in south asia.
ceasefire violations in 2002:8376
cease fire violations in 2003 before agreement:2045
total violations since 2002 until june 2016: 11270
now since agreement the figure is:
11270-8376-2045=849 incidents since 2003 to june 2016.
the rest of vilations happens since uri attack
4675 (until novemner 2016) vs 300(november 2017).
who suffered the most pain????
Path to peace between Pakistan, India passes through Kashmir: Gen Zubair
Its called LOC. Accept it and move on...Save yourself and others a lot of pain.
You have no respect of UN regulations.

Let me understand Since 1989 Pakistan was trying to be within its Limit .. So you now want to end it.
Lets hope You remember what Pakistan just went through few years back when terrorism was rampant. You don't want to get into same trap again
Suit Yourself, Country is ours so is your future at stake.we will soon find out

Concern for their welfare is precisely why they should not be uprooted from their native lands and homes, and they should be allowed to choose between Indian or Pakistani rule, with only the border being shifted. If you are so concerned about their welfare, offer them an opportunity to move to the other side of Kashmir and become Pakistani citizens - let's see how many bother to agree.
