It only takes 80,000 years on Conventional Rocket or man made item to travel 4 Light years
I don't even want to imagine travelling 2700 light years ! ! !
Considering our best civilizations only last for average 300-400 years , that they can achieve anything that takes 80,000 years to acomplish
However its really great , that NASA and space community have engineers and researcher on payroll and they are discovering this wonderful scientific discoveries , great times we live in
However , it's 100% certainity that life exists else where no question about it
Processes that form plant is Universal
Process of formation of star is universal
Elements and Minerals existance is universal process
Formation of Galaxies is universal
Atmosphere exists in planets
Moons exist around planets universal process
Plants can grow in moon soil
Mars soil is red , but when you remove the Top soil its color is same as the sand on Earth
(A test was conducted by the mars lander to remove soil samples so it dug in) afterwords
it uncovered SAND .. same sand that you see in beeches or on earth
Water is just Hydrogen + Oxygen
Acid or Alkaline items make salt and water = 'sea water' , salty water !!!
Acidic itesm exist in solar system , and possibly if there was enough alkaline item sure it could have triggered massive reactions to make water
Or Acidic Rain (Which happens) on Alkaline land masses to make salty water

The only thing we have not yet discorved is to STAY ALIVE LONG enough to see these
places , which is why we like to entertain ideas that these places do not exist
