IAF did not lose two bisons. In any operation, Combat search & rescue aircraft are scrambled regardless of IAF losing anything. Several choppers of PAA were also airborne but it doesnt mean PAF lost an aircraft.

As for elaboration, I was not in the formation so I will not be able to narrate all of you first hand what happened there. But i have met some of the gentlemen who were in the formation and they did outline what went up there.

It is still not confirmed whether the pilot died or whatever. This is just twitter.

Officially, Pakistan claimed only one pilot under arrest. DG ISPR corrected himself immediately after the press conference and clarified the miscommunication. So Pakistan's claim has been restricted to one pilot in custody from the beginning

Only indians refuse to admit it bc in their humiliation they have to peddle their childish stories of how the other pilot was Pakistani and was killed by the mob which mistook him for the indian pilot (even though pilots have FLAGS on their very uniform and ANYONE on Pakistani side would differentiate b/w Pak and iaf pilot IMMEDIATELY via national flags)

PAF does officially claim to have shot down a Su-30MKI though, but that's a different topic. So as for the pilot, our official claim was and remains as one pilot captured (which we indeed do).

Are you telling me that when DGISPR said in detail that a pilot is arrested and is in hospital, that pilot was not indian ?
Since that is out of the picture ,that pilot must have some nationality ?

Wants to make it more clear....

He died after several days (3 or 4 days) and his body handed over to red cross not directly to India, his helmet, uniform, a pistol and maps with us and it is up to armed forces when they are going to release more info.

At that time to end escalation Govt decided not to release info / pictures to public.

He was Sikh pilot and had a hard landing exactly over army post and that is why there are no videos made public since he was shifted quickly to CMH by the army.

Pak army soldier daily clean their boots with the military uniform of IAF Wing commander Abhinandan which he surrendered.....
