i might alter ur statement, he was the best thing for the minorities and the worst thing for Islamists (muslims ) .

In any other country he would have been thrown long ago and u like him coz he sold u cheaper gas, gave u upper hand in killing of starving palistinians, made the role of egypt unworthy

Islamists, not Muslims. Islamists were the ones that were caught inciting against Christian Egyptians yesterday.
While Christian Egyptians protected Muslim Egyptians during the uprising.

So what were you looking for.. that Egypt should forever make war with Israel at the expense of national progress. By making peace with Israel, Mubarak along with his predecessor Saddat got back all the territories that they lost to Israel in 1967 war and received massive amounts of US aid (second only to Israel). I heard that if US wheat shipments stop there will be serious shortage of food in Egypt. So yeah Mubarak put Egypt before Ummah, which I must say was a very smart move.

The army didn`t dare do this during the first protests but since this one is by Christians only, they did dare.

Mubarak ensured the safety of Egyptian minorities and also kept the Egyptian Islamists at bay. He may be corrupt, pls also not forget that there was serious discussion inside Egyptian military before the revolution to keep Mubarak's clan away from power after he steps down.

We as Turks are very familiar with such provocations, done by infiltrators on both sides, what's happening in Cairo right now is done by spies who infiltrated both sides to damage Egypt and at the same time to manipulate to world in to believing that there is no other way than to rule those muslim ''beasts'' with iron fist!!
