Government officials ky bad Fauj ka bhi double standard

Not double standard. Every one can't accommodate in limited facility of the parade ground,
secondly security issued won't allow them to entertain every common men.
so just chill and watch it on PTV with family.

It should start around 8:00am starting with recitation of Quran and then the guests arrival. The march past/Parade will be starting around 8:30-9:00am. If you want to catch all the action better be in front of TV by 8 in the morning.
