I hope we all can expand and WILLING to expand our mind.
At present time, there is a Long Term CHINA Civilization Survival at stake.
Thus, it does NOT really matter who beats who.
RUSSIA and CHINA can exchange and share their Tanks Designs and
Manufacturing Methods to continuously improve each other Tank Performance to the Next Level.

Basically, RUSSIA and CHINA shall continuously find more methods to
make america IMPLODE from within without even firing a single missile.
IMHO, ... ...
1) The short term goal here is to quickly make Russian Tanks perform much more Overwhelmingly Superior than the best of NATO tanks. -- Thus, this will put more pressure for america ( as head of NATO ) to come up with a Special Budget funding to counter the much more Overwhelmingly Superior Russian Tanks.
2) Next up, Russian and China Scientists and Engineers can exchange and share their 5th Gen Fighter Design
and Manufacturing Methods to continuously improve each other 5th Gen Fighter Performance to the Next Level.
Thus, this will put more pressure for america ( as head of NATO and Japan ) to come up with a Special Budget funding to counter the much more Overwhelmingly Superior Russian 5th Gen Fighter and PRC 5th Gen Fighters.
3) Apply and Extend the same underlying concept from ( #1 and #2 above ) to Anti Ballistic Missiles Defense
and other Defense sectors as well, such as Anti--Stealth Radar and AESA radar.
Suddenly, america has to raise its Defense Budgets to 10% of america GDP.
Meanwhile america in haste to come up with method to counter RUSSIAN and PRC weapons Superior Performance, USA is suddenly saddled with many Dead--End--Research n Development projects, which waste a large chunk of america Defense Budgets ( say 50+ % ), ~ Thus 10% is no longer enough, america has to increase its Defense Budgets to 20% of america GDP. ~ Soon, we will see United Satan of America is imploding from within and Socially Disintegrating. And, the rest is history.
To speed up the process above even further, we need to install a catalyst inside the White house in Washington, DC. The catalyst is donald ducky draft dodger trump = ddddt. -- ddddt applying his habits of Declaring Bankruptcy -- ( Can--Make--america--Goes--Bankrupt ) even much faster. ~ IMHO, ... any Chinese living in PRC -- who support Hillary is absolutely stupid and absolutely show that he / she does not understand the Comprehensive National Security and National Strategic Thinking. -- For example: ALIBABA Ma Yun

This time Russian can't cheat. Our Type 96B specially fitted with a indigenous 1200HP engine that will beat anything Russian got. Not surprisingly, we got first
That's a healthy competition. From the two previous competition, the better Type 96B is born. I'm sure that Russia will learn and get a better tank in the future. And the China also learn. So both countries can improve their tank to the level that we can't imagine today.
