Religious personalities, which a group of people consider holy, is a farther case. In Qur'an calling any person, even the basest one of the community, with names that are not liked by him or the society are strongly prohibited and is punishable.= (Gunnah).
E.g. in Indo-Pak socities we say a person with dark complexion: Kaalo, or Kalya - a fat person with a name of any bulky animal or even degrading the name is totally prohibited.
