20 B-52 bombers take off video

Nothing scary about it. It was a common exercise during the cold war days and still practised today. I used to see them all the time in Ft. Worth. It's called MITO ( Minimal interval take off)

Great to see you here after so many years man. Used to read your posts in 07'. A lot of the old timers are gone. Some of them have even passed away. Good to see you're still alive and kickin'.

reminds me a lot to the Reforger exercise of the cold war, the US yearly flow in a huge ammount of troops just to check if everythings works right. We lifed close to the Rhein Main airport and the sky was filled with jets transport aircraft and chopper all night long...in clear nights you could see a never ending row of position lights coming in with hundrets of airplanes..in 1988 they moved in whopping 124.000 troops in a few hours... big show was watching at the window all night long

I don't know if you remember Abu Zulfiqar, but he passed away last year around D.C. in a motorcycle accident.
OMG! no I did not know that! I had several conversations with him. I believe he also had family here in Dallas. In Med school if my memory serves. That is so sad... :-( I lost touch with MuradK also. He used to live near Boulder Colorado. We talked about meeting, just never made it happen. He is OK I hope?
