No Sir i dont underestimate them but i donot overestimate them either. I know for a fact that Indians will only attack from behind like in 71 where they knew of an assured victory. Today its not the same because A) Pakistanis are not bengalis, and B) presence of nuclear weapons which serve as a deterrent. All this hot air is till the time Modi wins again.
