Is there any chance of presidential Pardon for Italians marines in case they were convicted by court?
secondly how can FM insure Italians govt that there will be no death penalty/life imprisonment? was a deal been struck behind the curtain.
thirdly, what if the indian fishermen were indeed terrorists?
