Actually many of the Pattons that were abandoned was a result of flooded wheat fields, I hear!! that is not cowardice - I call it survival. Why be a sitting duck?

Key, how is London nowadys? my memories of Victoria station date back to the mid 70s when I moved to Texas.

I hope so. I am going home to London on my annual vacation end of April. May is normally hight of Spring in the UK and expect to see flowers in full bloom.

i have seen this picture many times, but i cannot count 60 tanks. i can hardly count 20. we lost quite a few tanks in khemkaran, i agree, but 60 is an exaggerated number. maybe 30 is more realistic.

As opposed to leaving the dead 'martyrs' in enemy land. As opposed to not even giving them a decent burial. As opposed to not even acknolodeging that the soldiers who died were SOLDIERS who died for their country, at their orders and not some rag tag terrorist group.
