That’s laughable, with all due respect. You guys really need to quit looking at this Indian lobby as some sort of a great power in DC. Whatever accomplishments they have is due to weakness of Pakistani diplomacy and overarching interest of the US in the region.

Besides, Pakistan has already integrated and armed the AIM-9 on Chinese jets like J-7 among others. This concern is a bit misplaced IMO

It isn't the first time the Chinese are seeing American made AAM's this close. Chinese Navy/PLAAF have been hosted in the past MNEXs where the Chinese have seen American weapons and equipment up close. Pakistan conducted the integration work for AIM-9P with F-6/Mig-19s in the late 70s after getting US approval. The same was done with F-7s and AIM-9Ls in the early 90s. Nothing of serious note here to be very frank.
