He does not have the support in the two houses to get any legislation through. Presidential ordinance will not work either for him. Executive orders also seem to be beyond him.

At 66 years of age. He should not even be thinking of running for any elections either.

It will be a sensible thing to cut your losses and dissolve the parliament and people will respect him that he tried despite the uphill task.

18th amendment was passed with the support of 292 out 342 parliamentarians so at that time there were 50 patriotic MNAs
