It doesn't look photoshopped at all, the letter is a hard copy. You cant photoshop that and the details of the letter look pretty legitimate considering the TTP announced a Ramadan suicide bombing offensive a couple days back.

I beg to differ on what's possible when it comes to forging pictures online. You'll just need to modify an existing letter to show different content.

To believe or not to believe this letter is a matter of what appeals to our common sense. I'm not gonna preach that this is fake; just wanted to raise the possibility

The 3 tweets of his I posted, 2 are posted by ttp accounts as well and the third tweet jf those attacks, there’s picture evidence, so it seems reliable.
