Are really that dumb? We are not going to murder any prisoners especially not Indians, and yes after all they are still Indians...
Put them into a reintegration project like Kashmiri militants to show the other idiots that they have a chance to escape this vicious cycle of death by laying down their arms

It will fuel the movement even more. Remember what happened when US soldiers took a leak on killed Taliban soldier. ANA soldier killed 4 ISAF soldiers.

Don't give anymore reason to people to go against the govt. and stop their cooperation with govt. Rehabilitation has worked fine in J&K and it will give choice to Maoists especially those who are fed up of rough living conditions, constant fear of CRPF and being killed.

Even if one surrenders and gets rehabilitated, you decrease the offensive power of this movement. Rehabilitated ex-Maoists can also provide valuable information and may help in spreading giving up arms among other Maoists.

If rehabilitated members lead normal and peaceful life, few of the rebels who want it, may give up their arms.

Its about weakening the Maoists from inside.

Lose the emotions and think of practical solution. Emotions will lead us nowhere.
