give them admission case by case ... get them sign a declaration that they will not mixup with local politics and they will not do terrorism in the Pakistan ...and they will not ask for asylum and they will not overstay their stay and one more thing if any of their relatives is a refugee living in Pakistan then on way back he should take them back too

Why let them in at first place?
