You might be correct but these are symptoms the real root cause lies in weak policies towards Afghanistan /Iran ,sealing of border is first priority and in 5 years time try to absorb Pashtun community and areas in Pakistan with legitimate referendum ,the only way to settle this but alas we are not learning our lessons ,Afghanistan is and will remain land for proxies

Well as much as I want it but it is practically impossible. Because people in border areas are belonging to same tribe. And people in suburbs area of Islamabad , Karachi and Lahore probably don't understand it but it is impossible to break the ties and relationship between them. Because these people even marry , eat food and culture together. And last day bombing has nothing to do with these tribal people . It's gay tajik and uzbeks from North which usually attack Pakistani border areas .

So best course of Pakistan can follow is either merging eastern areas of Afghanistan or attacking precise targets on ANA only.

Well why to kill an ant with hammer when simple stamping is enough . There is absolutely no need for air strikes . The air strikes will only result in civilian casulities and of those tribes which are more loyal to Pakistan then their own government. Thus turning them against us.
This is what Afghando in Kabul wants . United Afghan Nation against Pakistan. I think our establishment is playing very well in this snerio . By just hitting ANA positions not civilians

I think India may very well be behind this. Trying to create Pakistan's own Bermuda Triangle by creating tensions on the western front with Afghanistan and at the same time Iran seems to have increased pressure on the south western front as well. Afghans know they can't fight with Pakistani forces yet they try these adventures. Only India could be beneficiary if Pakistan has tensions on Afghani as well as Iranian borders.

Modi was unable to isolate us internationally. But he sure seems to be trying to isolate us with our neighbors. Kudos to Pakistan forces to see through all this and have a subdued response not to unnecessarily provoke negative Afghan public opinion about Pakistan intentions.

i dont understand afghan logic on one side the afghan governemets most loyal region zebaak has been overrun and cut of by taliban and on one side they sending more troops to the pak-afghan border rather than sending troops to zebaak . are these guys this retarded that they dont care about one of the most loyal region being taken over by the taliban.

They are not ready to take on Taliban. They can fire at civilians and when Pakistan respond they will show white flag. Pakistan knowing fully well these are just puppets and stop fire. While taliban will not stop till they either kill everyone of them and capture the area.

Also this attack on census team could be distraction from their internal struggles against Taliban who enjoy overwhelming support frommajority of afghanis.

And we have just started 5th month of this year and this country has already more than 1000 troops till today. That is what I was saying yesterday. We should simply avenge our dead and move on. No need to waste time and energy on this joke of a country.

Remember they under report deaths on their side since their soldier worth is less then sheep. In that scenario waging war against such army is pointless and waste of resources. They also try to invent number of taliban killed while at the same time tallies now control 60% of country.
