What's new

100 push ups a day

Generally for men the belly (and in that too the lower belly) is the last to go and the first to put on weight.

Killing the belly requires dieting - in most cases no amount of exercising, ab crunches or anything will reduce belly fat. You should still do it! You'll notice a significant improvement in shape with ab exercises but the fat would only go if you control your caloric intake.

Generally you need to create a caloric deficit (Burn/use more calories than you consume).

Will this exercise be grantee for six packs if performed daily? :D

I don't know about the purification, but largely you may find various types of eggs of different taste, so just pick one that's good. I still suggest to throw away the yolk most of the times you're eating eggs even for healthy individuals.

Boiled eggs may have more protein, but I was just suggesting an omlette from a taste point of view. There are some cool things you can do with it, like put in some cheese, some herbs, it takes out the taste really nice.

There are so many theories out there what helps you build muscle. More sets, more reps, more weight/less reps. Do whatever you can, just the rest period is important for muscles like Chest, back, shoulders, legs (although for legs the muscles can take the daily beating but joints may start hurting) all require a day's rest.

I personally prefer the more weights, more reps and less sets formula. Mainly because I am pressed for time and now its become a habit. Plus it feels good when you manage to lift that little bit more weight than what you could the week before. So its good for motivation.

I also prefer using that much weight and that many reps that after say 2-3 sets you should feel finished - no chance of doing anything more.

However if you want to know pure body builder formula that I only read about in some article is the concept of death sets. This is like extremely heavy weight and extremely high number of reps and doing one set only. After that one set, you should be finished.

This apparently sores up your muscles and you need significant amount of rest. I never tried it, nor should anyone while just starting out especially. The only thing I wanted to say was that there are so many theories out there. Don't marry any one of them, just do whatever suits you and always keep your workouts intense. After some time you will need to increase weights don't stick to one level.

Once again thanks alot man...

One thing i did not ask you is about the protein supplements. Is it good to take them at begging stage? Like muscle mass supplements or first stick to home made shakes and then to next level of supplements.
