BD should buy some used ground vehicles, APC, TANKs, Anti Armour missiles and Aircraft from NATO countries. As they might give away all this for cheap to fight ISIS. Even used F-16s or Mirages too. I'm sure that India will come up with its own jets in BD air too.

I am saying not supplying with new J-xx but SU-27s original with Russian permission and may be buying some more from Ukraine as well.

You should know that China has upgraded its own SU-27 fleet which is about 100 planes. So, instead of bringing in something from Russia to Pakistan. They can easily deploy these with PAF help or can transfer them to PAF fleet for free. These 100 SU-27s will be enough to take down any threat...
